Refund policy.
Short, and honest.
You pay us by bank transfer, so a refund is a transfer back — not a card reversal. Here is exactly when we send one, when we do not, and how long it takes.

The short version
There is a 7-day free trial precisely so that nobody has to buy first and find out afterwards. Once you have paid for a period and used it, we do not refund it.
If we have made a mistake with your money, we fix it in full. That is the whole policy.
There is no card, so there is no chargeback
You pay NexusTill by bank transfer or mobile wallet, and a person activates your plan by hand. There is no card on file and no payment gateway.
That means a refund is not a button someone presses — it is a transfer back to you. It is slower than a card reversal, and we need the account details to make it.
What we refund
- A duplicate payment. If you transferred twice for the same period, the extra comes back in full.
- The wrong amount. If you paid for Scale and we activated Growth, or you were charged for a plan you did not choose, we refund the difference — or the whole amount, if that is what is right.
- A payment we could not activate. If we decline your business, or the plan you paid for is not available, you get everything back.
- An annual plan cancelled in the first 14 days. Tell us within 14 days of activation and we refund the annual payment less the months you have used, charged at the normal monthly price.
- Our failure. If NexusTill is unusable for a sustained period because of a fault on our side and we cannot fix it, we refund or credit the affected part of your subscription. We would much rather fix it.
What we do not refund
- Time you have already had. Cancel in the middle of a month and you keep access to the end of it, but the remainder is not refunded.
- A change of mind after the trial. The 7 days exist for exactly that decision, and they cost you nothing.
- Downtime caused by your internet, your device or a power cut. Offline mode is in the product for this.
- Any fee your bank charged you to pay us, or that our bank charges us to pay you back.
How to ask
Email us from the address on your account, within 30 days of the payment, and include: your business name, the amount and date of the transfer, the transaction reference, and what went wrong.
We reply within 5 working days. Where a refund is due, we send it within 10 working days of agreeing it, and we tell you the transfer reference so you can find it on your statement.
How the money comes back
Refunds go back to the same bank account or wallet the payment came from. We do not send a refund to a different account — it is the simplest protection there is against someone else claiming your money.
If that account has closed, tell us and we will ask for proof before sending it somewhere else. That is not distrust; it is what stops a stranger redirecting your refund.
